Non-domestic Government Properties
Lease-out
Apart from domestic properties, other government properties like shops, canteens, advertising space, car-parks, automatic teller machines etc. may be available for letting for specified use. These are usually let out by open tenders/quotations. If there are properties to let, the Agency will publish tender/quotation notices on the “GPA Property Portal” website of this Agency and designated local newspapers (where applicable). Lease-in
From time to time, the Government will be looking for suitable private non-domestic properties for government uses. Any parties who have suitable non-domestic properties available to let to the Government may send the respective property particulars to the Agency via add-reg@gpa.gov.hk or by fax at 2827 1891.
